P1(e) set designs

P1(e) set designs
P1(d) Set Designs

Producing set designs are a key planning tool as it helps set up your desired set efficiently and closely On the days of the shoot as it allows me to  see if any alterations need to be made to the current set up. Additionally if the set was yet to be created, I could follow the plans I have previously created in order to make up the correct setting for filming.

The bedroom set will involve a desk in the corner of the room, with bookshelves surrounding the perimeter. The main camera will be set up directly in front of the bed and the protagonist sleeping in it. A wide shot will show the bed and tables next to him. . Finally there will be a low angled medium shot. where he gets out of bed check the calendar then leaves the room this will be done with a pan

The train scenes will be shot from an establishment shot then zooming into the coat this will help advertise the product i will then do a slow pan as the train moves away this shot will be during the early hours of the morning so i want to use the lighting from the train station to create a dark effect.

the EXT house scene will be shot using a tilt just as Finn walks out the door this allows me to show off the entire outfit that finn will be wearing during the shoot during the final scene i will be using a medium shot as the door closes then the screen turns to black.
